Duplicate cash on delivery

if it’s just a single payment method, it’s not possible to achieve this in the plugin settings. However, you could use filters to achieve that – assign the percentage based on selected shipping company, see https://github.com/vyskoczilova/woocommerce-payforpayment#plugin-api for details.
