Duplicate checking suggestion

One suggestion I had was possibly adding the ability to do multiple duplicate checks with AND / ORs?
Examples:
IF name matches name AND e-mail matches e-mail throw duplicate
IF name OR e-mail match another name OR e-mail throw duplicatehttps://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/participants-database/
