Duplicate content – WordPress.com and now in self hosted blog

  • I had wordpress.com blog earlier

    and i have migrated to a self hosted domain and also shifted all the contents to this new domain.

    Will keeping the similar content in two website would amount to duplication and be punished by Search engines ?

    If yes , what should i do ?
