Duplicate conversion events

    Hi!

    We encountered a problem with conversion tracking that we can’t solve: with chrome pixel helper we can see that conversion events (initiated checkout, purchase) are duplicated in our webshop. More strange is that one of the events is fires with good values and one of them are with bad values (for example conversion values are different). Our shop have a lot of variable products, we think the problem is connected with these, but don’t know the exact cause and possible fixes.

    We disabled WooCommerce events for testing and it is 100% both of the duplicated events are come from your plugin. We tried to modify the Facebook ID settings, but no effect.

    Any ide what is the problem?

    Hello,

    You have the Meta pixel installed twice, once with our plugin, once with something else. I can see the second install in the page source, but I can’t tell how it’s added there.

    Make sure you remove any other installation of the tag. Make sure you don’t configure events outside the plugin.

    Don’t use Meta’s events builder tool, don’t enable automatic events without code inside your Events Manage.
