Duplicate donation receipt emails with WPML

    We seem to be sending 2 donation receipts. Headers of received emails show that 2 distinct emails with the same content are sent, and it appears that the cause is the wpml plugin being active alongside givewp. I’ve also requested support from wpml. Would be grateful if you could help or guide us to find and resolve the issue.

    Hi @wildmercury,

    WPML essentially creates a different GiveWP form for each language. One way around this is to define the donation receipt emails in the forms instead of relying on the global donation receipt settings.
    This way you can ensure only donations attached to that form are sent out.
