    Hi,

    Recently, the booking plugin has started sending duplicate emails to both admin and visitor. Is anyone else having this issue? Does anyone know how to stop it?

    I am using Postman SMTP plugin in conjunction to ensure emails get sent to the user’s inbox (rather than spam).

    Hello.
    If you want to disable sending email to the visitor after creation of new booking and send it only to the admin, so you can deactivate email template for sending to visitor at the Booking > Settings > Emails page. In any case please recheck email settings at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.

    But in case if you are receiving 2 emails to the admin and 2 emails to the visitor after creation of the new booking, so please recheck Settings of your SMTP plugin, may be this plugin is making sending emails twice. Try to deactivate this plugin and then retest it again.

    Yes, its the second scenario (2 emails to both). I will try testing it…

    I updated the plugin and that seemed to fix it. This happened a few weeks ago, and updating the plugin fixed it then too. Seems this happens as soon as the plugin is out of date.
