Duplicate Entries

  • For some strange reason, when a user enters a prayer request, we’re getting two copies of it on the back end. We have the plugin set to require manual approval on all prayer requests (so at least there are not duplicate entries showing up on the front end), but it makes for a lot more work on the back end for our site admin.

    Any idea why this might be happening?

    They started around mid-September, I believe? Might have been earlier, but the person who manages the back end of the website day-to-day says she had been deleting duplicate entires from the back end for a while, so I couldn’t give you an exact day that it started — other than it’s been going on for the last 4-5 weeks or so, most likely.
