Duplicate Entries on Billing Page

Just after my website went live, something happened on the billing page during checkout where the input fields are being duplicated. It was working fine before, so I am not sure if there was an update I missed or something of the like. I tried taking a screenshot, but the page is too long but the problem can be replicated by adding a product to cart and going to checkout.
