Recently upgraded 4 sites with the same single download. A few minor problems that were worked out. One site, I am stuck on this:

WordPress database error: [Duplicate entry '144-0' for key 1]
    INSERT INTO wp_term_relationships (object_id, term_taxonomy_id) VALUES ('144', '')

The database structure looks identical on one that is working properly. This error occurs when you try to save, publish, or save and continue editing recently created posts. To clarify: a post must be saved or published and then opened for edit before we get the error (thus the duplicate entry). I have a draft from before the upgrade that does not error, nor do existing published posts – only posts/drafts since the upgrade. The three other sites do not throw this error, new or old. I’ve disabled all plugins and used a default theme to no avail. Advice is appreciated.

The error is one that you can ignore.

Please see Trac Ticket 5223 for more details. Please note, you don’t have to install the patch there.

Is this something that will go away with the next updates? It’s kind of a nuisance.

There’s a fix that’s been committed so that should go away in a future update.

Any info on how to fix it manually? I saw in the bug report an edit for upgrade.php. I’ve already ran the upgrade so that won’t do anything.

This issue is still around after the recent patch. Any idea when it will go away?
