Duplicate entry with query INSERT INTO `wp_litespeed_url`

    Hi,

    i am getting duplicate entry error but only on the pages with Greek characters in it(encoded as CE%B9%CE%B1 etc).
    I am using wpml and for the past few months i am constantly monitoring my error logs, and i have never encountered this error for the English pages, only for the Greek ones.

    Normally this means that you need to clean up (drop) some indexing table for the table wp_litespeed_url. Please give it a try and see if it works.

    Thanks for the fast reply.

    I dropped the index on the url column and the errors stopped. Should i reindex it for better performance or leave it as it is?
