My plugin does not create that menu, so you should check for another FAQ plugin you have installed.

Yes, I checked that. No luck.

Well, I suppose I’ll just have a duplicate menu item!

Really, there is a plugin somewhere creating that menu. If you deactivate that plugin, both menus will go away. But Easy FAQ With Expanding Text doesn’t create a menu called “FAQs,” only a menu that is titled “FAQ Admin Page.”

Yup, I hear you. Really, I do! But I’ve even made a little video showing my screen. You can see that there are two entries, and no other FAQ plugin.

It’s not a big deal. Mildly annoying but I can live with it.

As you can see in your screencast, you are using the Easy FAQs plugin.

However, you are seeking support on the forum for Easy FAQ With Expanding Text—a different plugin.

I recommend seeking support from the developers of the Easy FAQs plugin at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/easy-faqs

However, I also recommend trying Easy FAQ With Expanding Text. No duplicate menu problems so far. ??

ROFLMAO I thought you were the same. Woops!

I’ll contact the, erm, correct vendor.

    We certainly sound the same.

Come to think of it, I think I’ve been confused for them before. I wonder how much they owe me for unwittingly helping their customers over the years.

LOL, well good karma is a good thing on the ‘net and you’re assuredly in the credit side of the equation.
