    Our Metform form builder plugin is an addon for Elementor. So, you can easily save the whole form as a template (screenshot-1, screenshot-2). Then you can export the template as JSON file (screenshot) and use it later on another site. If you want to use it on same site then just import the template in Elementor editor as you import a template normally.
