Duplicate images

I have a problem with dulicate product images.
When I update existing products with settings:

“Don’t touch existing images, append new images”

x Search through the Media Library for existing images before importing new images
x Match image by URL or
x Match image by filename

I get duplicate images constantly.

Is there possible to use plugin to skip importing images for every product that already has some picture, no metter if it is same or not.
