Duplicate key name 'meta_key'

  • During (or after i dunno) the update from 4.4.4 to 4.6 i got this in the debug.log:

    [19-Aug-2016 08:56:58 UTC] WordPress database error Duplicate key name ‘meta_key’ for query ALTER TABLE wp_termmeta ADD KEY meta_key (meta_key(191)) made by wp_upgrade, make_db_current_silent, dbDelta

    Any ideas what that is ? Serious problem ? Ignore it ? Roll back ?

    After using the site i don’t see any more such error in the log. So it must be during the update.

    Still not sure everything is ok ?
