Duplicate Leads being created

    Hello,

    We have been getting duplicate leads created in salesforce and in reading some of the threads on the subject, as well as carrying out some testing, I have come to the conclusion that it is either doubke clicking on the submit button or being too impatient to wait for the form to actually submit.

    I noticed in one thread that Nick Ciske said “We have a feature to disable the submit button after the first click to avoid double/triple clicks in the works.”
    Does anybody know how to enable this feature because I can’t find it in the plugin settings or anywhere else.

    The next release (hopefully this week) will have double click prevention as a feature.

    Hello, is there a schedule for when this next update will be released? We are having people click 2-4 times and it keeps creating duplicate leads in salesforce. Our sales team is frustrated and they are asking me to fix the issue. There hasn’t been an update to this plugin for 11 months. I am going to have to create the form myself to connect to salesforce, since this has been a problem for a long time with multiple post being made about it, and at this point telling people it’s in the works doesn’t seem feasible anymore.

    This post said hopefully this week a month ago, is there a schedule for the new update?

    Hello, I have just done some tests and concur with ajoiner92’s findings, three successive clicks on the submit button resulted in three leads in SalesForce; Version 2.7.3.9 is installed.
    When can we get an update?
