    Hi,

i am using default Watches (IT) Version 2019.0305 category template.
I have disabled variation support because my products are variable but they have only 1 size UNI variation.

when i try to upload a product to amazon, wp-lister create 2 listing:
one for variation and one for parent product (the last one is incomplete and has no price and no quantity)

    Maybe this screenshot can help:

    Hey @howy

    Thanks for contacting support.

This is actually something I don’t believe I have seen, maybe because no user has ever done this before. At least I don’t recall any user ever doing this before. Upon first thought, I would think you could simply delete that parent listing from Amazon, or just leave it, and all should work fine.

It appears that WP-Lister still sends that parent data to Amazon, but it essentially can be trashed since the variation get’s listed properly and should stay connected to Amazon via WP-Lister. But that is just my initial thoughts on this.

Let me double check on this with the developers and get back to you, maybe we need to have WP-Lister completely ignore the parent when disabling variation support in the listing profile. Will be in touch as soon as possible.

    Kind regards,
    John
