Duplicate Logo and Header

  • I am not sure why, but my emails are showing two logos and headers by default. Can you guide me on how to remove the top logo and header that seems to be auto-generated by Woocommerce? I have a screenshot but it doesn’t appear I can upload it here??

    The email customizer lets you add a logo to the header. Navigate to Header > Header Image in the email customizer to remove the image if necessary. You mentioned there are two logos and headers showing. However, WooCommerce shouldn’t add an additional header and logo. To show screenshots, you’ll have to add the image to an available image board to add it to this forum.
