Duplicate Mails

Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! This is a rather interesting issue. Was there anything else done between when it was working until it was sending duplicates? Any updates, settings changed, etc..?

If you change the admin mail again, does it make any difference?

What version of the plugin are you using?
What version of WordPress do you have installed?

We’ve been seeing this problem as well for a while now. The problem is deeper than duplicate emails. It’s also creating a duplicate result for every entry. Running WordPress Quiz Master Next 4.1.0 and WordPress 4.1.1–en however this has been going on since 3.x of both the plugin and WordPress.

Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! Do you have many plugins installed on your WordPress? Would it be possible that you can check for plugin conflicts? To do so, simply de-activate all your plugins and take your quiz. If the results/emails are still duplicating, then re-activate all the plugins. If the error is no longer present, can you re-activate one plugin and then take the quiz again. If it still working again, continue re-activating and taking the quiz until you find the plugin that is causing the conflict.

Let me know if this solves the problem or not.

Good idea. We have 16 plugins. Turns out disabling WordPress SEO by Yoast solves the problem. It must be reloading the page or something.

Interesting! I have that installed on my main site and do not have duplicates. Do you have the latest version of the plugin installed?

Is this a live site that you are on?

I just updated both the quiz plugin and the yoast plugin and tried again and it still registers two entries. Yes the site is live. I have a test quiz at https://savinospizza.com/quiztesting
