Duplicate ‘make’ entries in ‘Category’ in dropdown (ios device only)

Hi,
I need help resolving issue which only happens in iOS Devices. So, I have 3 dropdowns called ‘make’, ‘model’, & ‘category’. Filter works perfectly fine on web and android but in ios device when I try to filter then 3rd ‘category’ dropdown will have ‘make’ dropdown values attached to it (make + category list). I am attaching screenshot here for both web and ios that how it looks. I am running out of options on how to particularly resolve this only for ios devices.
