duplicate meta description problem for Italian and EN version website

I’m using your plugin for this website https://congressiinternazionali.it and managing two version default lang is Italian and second English the problem is I’m facing duplicate meta description problem in SEO for https://congressiinternazionali.it/(IT Version) and https://congressiinternazionali.it/en(EN Version) because I think default Italian meta descriptions is also using for EN version.
I want to know who can I mange different meta description for different Languages version
Please guide me through it If that’s a pro feature please also inform me ASAP so I consider to upgrade to solve this problem
