    Our sales “New Order” transactional emails are being sent successfully to the website admins.

    However, since November 2, there is occasionally sent a duplicate of the email to the same/correct admin addresses yet with an alternative “reply-to” address using the customers email address.

    This is not happening for “Processing Order” emails sent to customer.

    We’ve checked the WC logs and nothing is amiss.

    Please assist with how/why this could be happening and how to correct it.

    I’m having the same problem. I have both “Sendinblue for WooCommerce” and “Newsletter, SMTP, Email marketing and Subscribe forms by Sendinblue” and I’m not sure which one is sending 2 emails.

    My email is configured in WC, but used SIB to send.
    Some emails are sent at the same moment, others are 4 mins apart.
    The 2nd one is always the ‘weird’ one I’ve not requested.

    There seems to be no pattern otherwise.

    Same here. The plugins sends duplicate emails.

    The incident has been reported to our technical team for verification and correction.

    It is very likely that there is a new version of the Sendinblue plugin. Stay tuned!

    Is it possible that the first one being sent is via Sendinblue, and the second one which is identical is being sent by WooCommerce?

    Why? The ” via sendinblue.com ” indication in email headers is only in the first email of each pair.

    No fix is available yet.

    “The Sendinblue – WooCommerce Email Marketing – Version 3.0.1 plugin is currently facing a bug which does cause the duplicated emails.”

    I was sent a link to roll back to a previous version (2.0.39) before the bug was introduced.

    @clickingclients Thank you for sharing. It’s a pity the developers can’t fix the bug yet. I guess I’m going to roll back to a previous version too. Could you share the link to download version 2.0.39 please?
