Duplicate order

I am having problems on several of my sites that are on the same server, and sporadically there are duplicate orders, sometimes with duplicate charges and other times not. I spoke with the server team, and they indicated that they do not have any issues. I updated WooCommerce and the plugins, thinking that was the problem, but the issue persists. It doesn’t happen all the time, just occasionally.
