    Hello everyone,
I need a little help with my website (www.artwish.co) which runs on woocommerce.
So my website has an option for customers to upload a photo while placing an order.

As a customer when I upload the photo when placing the order, it gets uploaded, but when I check the order details in the admin back-end order page, there is no photo.
So I found out that the photo actually gets saved locally in the hPanel in a new folder with a new order number. But this new consecutive duplicate order doesn’t exist in the front end.
Now along with that when the order is placed I get 2 email notifications, one without the photo (with actual order number) and one with the photo, but with a new consecutive order number.
This is the plugin I used to upload the photo: https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-upload-files/11442983
I spoke to the plugin support team, they said it’s not their plugin causing the problem.
So can you please help me with this?

    Thank & regards,
    Vijeth

  • Hi @vijeth93,

Please note that this forum exists for questions/issues experienced with the core WooCommerce plugin and not third-party plugins like the one you shared above.

I’m not sure why the plugin developers are saying that’s it’s not from their plugin when the plugin functionality is clearly what you’re having an issue with – we highly recommend reaching out to the plugin developers for assistance.

Additionally, I’d recommend following this guide to do a conflict test: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

I’ll go ahead and mark this topic as resolved as the functionality you’re having issues with isn’t a core WooCommerce feature.
