Duplicate order email notification receiving

For some orders we are receiving duplicate emails.

Example if user order and pay via (Afterpay or simplify gatway) in this case user and admin will receive multiple 2 times email (after some time interval) but not every time suppose 2or3 users in a day received duplicate emails.
