Duplicate Order Number (not ID)

    Hi there, we have a strange problem that if customers purchase at the same time, they get identical Order Numbers. Is there a way to prevent this or to fix it?
    It is usually the case with 2 orders having the same number. this happened 2 times in the last month.

    Hi @vjinfotech, thank you for your answer. Do you have a fix for me now? Could i just edit the sql entry? i just need to change the sequential number for specific orders.

    Hi @vjinfotech we are experiencing the same issue. Do you have a rough timeline of when a new update will be available?

    If not, can you confirm if the paid version of the plugin has the same issue?

    Hi @vjinfotech is the update still coming out? We experience double sequential numbers once or twice a week.
