Duplicate Orders

I like your plugin, good job!

Before going for the paid version, I did some test to see how it works and I found that orders are duplicated (some times for x10 and even more).
Most probebly, this happens when the POS trying to send the order and the server is abit busy (limited in ressources). I guess the (post) request is sent successfuly but the response it not received correctly so the POS keeps posting the same order for many times.
Hope this clears enough to understand the issue.
