    • Besides being paid with WooPayments, are there any other similarities on those orders? Same products, same credit card (visa/master/etc) or something like that?
    • Since the issue started have you had any WooPayment orders that did not have this issue?
    • Are you able to make a test order to see if you can replicate the issue?

    Can you please share screenshots from the order notes of two orders so we can take a look? Please remove any sensitive information from it.
