Duplicate pages on dashboard

I am a newbie. I set this site up in 2019 after doing a WP course and decided during lockdown to give it a new look! That was 10 days ago and I am still struggling… Any guidance would be much appreciated

Problem 1.
– [ ] Travel website — mosmancruisecentre.com.au. Template Astra, theme Nutritionist.
– [ ] Set up a staging site and made sure website was backed up – am using Siteground. I thought a staging site allowed one to play round with everything without affecting the live site.
– [ ] Chose new theme for Astra template which I activated
– [ ] Dashboard showing 2 versions in a couple of cases 3 of every page
– [ ] Worked on new template and published it
– [ ] Went to live website and found it was the template I had downloaded with no edits – it’ s a nutritionist website!
– [ ] Set up Seedpro maintenance page
– [ ] Need to get the old site back online asap.
