    Hello @galbaras,

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status so we can get a better idea of what’s going on?

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Also, please check the fatal error logs that are related to Stripe (if you find any) from WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Based on the screenshot you provided, I can see that the alleged duplicate payments have the same amount, however, these have different order numbers as well.

    In addition to what was requested above, can you please share a screenshot of the Order Notes of these orders?
