@jessicapschultz – You already can, same way you would other post types ;). By installing a plugin like Post Duplicator. There are so many plugins that do this already, us adding the functionality would always end up with 2 links to clone/duplicate a popup on any site using any of those existing post duplication plugins, so we have avoided that. For the same reason we are gonna be eliminating our subscription forms in the near future as well and moving them to a new free addon that will not get a ton of attention and directing users to better existing form plugins which we will then work to better integrate with.
Hope that helps, but we try not to do everything just because we can, we try to leave much of it to other plugins that already provide that functionality where possible.
