Duplicate posts facebook

Hi,

I’ve been using this plugin for a while and have noticed that sometimes I get a duplicate post on Facebook… It doesn’t happen immediately, sometimes 30 min after the original post goes live sometimes 1 hour.

The plugin is installed on a wordpress network setup (https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Create_A_Network).

Is there any chance someone could help me with only getting a single post to the facebook instead of duplicates?

I very much like the way this plugin works and its simplicity, it just bugs me how I need to delete posts on my FB page every morning and afternoon ??
