Duplicate products

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with duplicate products in your feed.

You seem to have created an attribute/value or rule to create your own unique value for the g:id field. Can you tell us how you constructed that value and are you sure that value is unique for all your products and variations?

Apologied, my bad, your screenshot indeed shows the attribute you used for your g:id field. The SKU_ID value should be unique. So when you have duplicates in your Faceboook catalogue this most likely is caused by the plugin getting stuck processing. Try lowering the batch size of the plugin from the default 750 products per batch to a much lower value, 250 for example.

Try refreshing your screen after you cleared all caching (browser and caching plugins), it might be cached.

The duplication problem was fixed after I did what you said.

Will there be a problem with this option now? What does this option do?

The option will change the default batch size of the plugin from 750 products per batch to a lower number so less server-resources are being used, reducing the change for duplications.

Does this mean that if I have 1000 products, it will only cost me 250?

I am not sure what you mean by will it cost me 250?

You could lower the batch size to 250 so the plugin would need 4 to 5 batches to complete the processing of your feed and hopefully not run into server limitations.

No, i dont use litespeed cache i use WProcket
