    Greetings,

I used the free version of fg-prestashop-to-woocommerce to import products to an intranet site. during the import, it seemed to get stuck and I needed to stop and start the progress several times to get it to complete and import all products. After looking at the imported data I discovered that I have a lot of duplicate products/quantities. Is there something I did wrong, or is there a way to update the imported data with the correct quantities?

    Thanks!

If the data are duplicated, that means that the import process has been run multiple times in parallel.
Perhaps, your browser has hanged but the import process was still running in background.
To avoid the duplication, you must wait that the products number stops increasing before clicking again on the import button.
Now you need to delete all the imported data (with the button “Empty WordPress content”) and restart the import from scratch.

Thank you for a very quick reply.
I am attempting to perform the steps you have indicated but I get stuck at a seemingly random percentage. And when I check the database no new products are being added after it stops. Which is what prompted me to stop and start the import the first time. If I stopped and started the import, it would seem to continue from where it left off. But that caused duplicate items. Would you suggest I stop/start again? Or do you believe I have a bigger issue with the import?

    Thanks

If the number of data stops increasing during many minutes, you can safely stop and resume the import.
It will resume the import where it left off.
