• Hi,

    I hope you are well – I am slightly stuck. When I update a product, sometimes the product duplicates and then shows on AWS results as sold out. Often the image doesn’t show and leads to a 404 (as the link shows).

    I have in settings the option to hide sold out products, so unsure why this is happening – any ideas?

    Hi,

    Please try the following – go to the plugin settings page and disable ‘Cache results’ option. Also try to re-index the plugin table by clicking on the ‘Reindex table’ button.
    Write to me about any luck with these steps.

    This ‘Last call’ product in your example looks like two different products with ids 163064 and 163963. Can you please check inside your dashboard this two product Ids?

    Also – looks like this product has some custom type – book. Is that true? If so – please tell me how you create this one.

    Hi ILLID, thank you for your reply. The ID 163963 is not coming up for me.

    The custom type is set up by a plugin for books by WPIni.

    Also, often the other language can show on search bar lightbox (ajax) even when on a different languge.

    Hi any update on this? Search results show different language products but the same product. Any way I can restrict it to only show products based on the language page they are on.

    Also, some products are not being indexed

    Hi, to follow up on the above.

    I have found why some products are not indexed. It is only searching in my product description and not my custom taxonomy – book author for the results page. Is there a fix for this? (It shows in the ajax section, but wont show on results).

    I have not got a fix yet for the WPML products showing
