    I’m getting some duplicate registrations showing in my orders list. They have different order numbers, but it does appear that only one payment is being made by the customer using Mollie, although both are appearing as complete. Can you give me any ideas? It means that more tickets look like they are sold than actually are!

    Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re having here! Just to be sure, since you mention order numbers and paid purchases in your post: are you using the basic version of Event Tickets or our premium offering Event Tickets Plus? There are substantial functional differences with the addition of Event Tickets Plus (and restrictions on what types of products we can support on www.ads-software.com forums), so I want to make sure we’re troubleshooting for the correct product before we dig in too deep here! Let me know, and we’ll go from there. ??

    Its the Event Tickets Plus plugin I’m using, although I do also have the Event Tickets plugin installed..?
