Duplicate roles at badge PLS HELP

Hey hi i need HELP asap please its about when buy a subscription i get acces to discord right but when i cancel the subscription or it expires its still active it said inactive but gives duplicate badge at button how to fix this please i am using memberpress + latest discord intergration from you already saw somebody had same issue 8 months ago topic you said to fix in next update but still isnt fixed here is proof and screenshots.

This is btw a new problem it counts Transaction and Subscription in the wordpress panel dashboard as 2 badges double.. i removed the succesful transaction and it got removed. so the bugg is in the transaction and subscription if you can take a look should be appreciated asap
