Duplicate row generated

    Hi, any idea why the feed generated 3 duplicate for every product, so instead of having 100 rows of product, I got 300 rows repeated, with the same id, it’s definitely not different variations.

    No clue. Can you please provide us with a whole lot more information? For starters could you provide us with the debug log and information about which feed it concerns?

    Hi Eva, after I regenerate the feeds then the duplicate is gone, I am guessing that when I click Refresh, there’s no response, then I click again and again until there’s response on the percentage, then multiple process running then cause the duplicate ?

    Yes that could be. By re-hitting the manual refresh button multiple times you most likely will kick off the creation of the product feed multiple times.

    The percentage blinking message is a bit buggy, it is an AJAX implementation that does not work on all browsers so it is on our to-do list to improve it. Best thing to do is just to refresh your browser before hitting the manual refresh button. We found that works most of the times.
