Duplicate Search Fields

@derol – contact me here: https://www.charlestonsw.com/mindset/contact-us/ if you can provide an admin login. This is a problem that I have been unable to reproduce on any test servers. It is something specific to the plugin environment possibly a PHP setting or PHP library issue that is causing a conflict with the PHP ob_start/ob_get_contents functions.

If you can provide admin login AND an FTP login that would be best.

@derol – I just sent you the info via email, the problem was the custom theme had do_shortcode() calling the STORE LOCATOR PLUS shortcode AND your content also had the shortcode. That was causing the shortcode to be called twice. Some of the global variables and strings are purposefully not reset (for 3rd party and my own premium add-ons to manipulate).

Someone else reported duplicate entries as well, and after spending all day today reviewing the code and debugging on your test site I am absolutely certain they are also forcing shortcode processing outside of the content area OR have a plugin/theme bug that is calling the filter stack twice.
