I am using this slider in a website for a client and it’s working very well. My client has 3 websites and wants to display this slider in all three sites. Is there a way to duplicate this slider for all 3 websites without having to manually add all of the logos and links manually to all 3 sites?

I only have the free version. If I purchase the pro version will that give me the ability to export the existing slider I have from one site and copy it into another — or will the pro version simply give me access to your tech support?

    Hi,

Pro version will give you access for tech support & I’ll help you to setup.
For multiple sites check multiple licenses.

    Thanks

So, you are saying that with the free version I probably “could” export the data, but without buying the pro version I can’t get the tech support to tell me how. Also, the free version can be put on as many sites as I would like – but if I buy the pro version I have to buy a separate license for every site… The free version has everything my client needs on each of his sites. We can put the free version on all 3 of his sites and I could simply complete the (tedious) task of uploading all of the images individually again on each site, adding the links individually again on each site and everything will work fine – I was simply trying to save some time by exporting the data I’ve already entered on one of his sites.

Yes you can export & import at free version, if you can’t do – continue manually.

Great – I can export and import with the free version — but you won’t tell me how unless I buy the pro version? Is it a secret? Is it covered in the documentation?

Hi, It’s not secret, you already mentioned export & import ??

Ok…Instead of being cryptic and making this take 8 comments here. The simple answer would have been:

    1) Install the free version on the destination site.
    2) Within the source site – go to >Tools >Export
    3) Export “Logos”
    4) Export “Media” (I did select the “Logos” to export the attachments, but that did not work, I had to export the images separately – since I had uploaded the images all on the same day originally, this was simple).
    5) Within the destination site, go to >Tools >Import
    6) Run the importer for the “Logos” and than again for “Media” (be sure you’ve named each file uniquely)
    7) Place the logo slider where ever you want with the new site using [gs_logo].

That would have been much easier – but now the instructions are here for anyone who wants them…..
