Duplicate, submitted URL not selected as canonical

Hi, Google is not crawling my website [ redundant link removed ] because of an error that is “Duplicate, submitted URL not selected as canonical.” This means that the URL that I’m submitting is [ redundant link removed ] but google consider the URL as duplicate and indexed the old one [ redundant link removed ], which is expired and now bought by someone else. Kindly guide me on how do I fix this?
