Duplicate Thumbnails

We recently added a new theme and thumbnails are appearing twice in our posts. We have installed the MediaRSS plugin that adds a thumbnail to the header. We need this for our RSS feeds. However, the thumbnails now appear as a duplicate in the body of the post. We only want or need them to appear once. How can we fix it?
