Hi, i’ve had an order for my raffle where a customer bought and paid for 2 tickets but has been issued 4 in the back end? Do you know how this can have happened? I checked the order and they definitely only bought 2 so i’m not sure how that happened? Can you help?

    Thanks!

    Hi @chickchick

So, it got duplicated or it received more than it supposed to?

What is your raffle settings? Do you generate and show the tickets at checkout?

Do you have only one product as raffle or multiple ones?

Can you share your websites’ url?

    Regards,

    Dan

Hi, thank you for responding so quick. Yes, they added 2 to the cart but 4 got generated and they received 4 tickets whilst only paying for 2. Just one raffle in use. Lots of other tickets have been generated and sold and all fine but just this one duplicated for some reason.

    Here’s the raffle settings:

I can see something in there about duplicates, is it something to do with that?

    Thanks!

    Hi @chickchick

I see. There was a similar issue in the past, but has been resolved.

What is your current Raffle Play Woo version ?

Do you have the latest version? If no please let me know what version you have.

    Regards,

    Dan.

I have version 2.4.0 but I can see there is 2.4.1 available now so I will update and hopefully that version has the fix for that? Thanks

2.4.1 fixed an issue with tickets at checkout.

I will close this topic, but keep me updated if happens again.

    Regards,

    Dan.
