Duplicate title tags in webmaster tools

  • WordPress version: 3.5
    WordPress SEO version: 1.3.4.3

    I did this:
    Set title template for media to:

    Title template: %%title%%
    Meta description template: %%caption%%
    Meta keywords template: %%focuskw%%, %%tag%%


    I expected the plugin to do this:

    Well… not to create duplicate title tags. Webmaster tools now indicates 590 “title tags”, all of which appear to be images, or the alt tags of images, I can not see them repeated or duplicated however and do therefore not know which I should remove… to sum it up I am stuck.

    Instead it did this:

    So far I can not guarantee it is the plugin, webmaster tool always seemed to be very slow indexing changes and it is hard to test things… I would like to avoid having any duplicates on the site generally of course, would appreciate any advice!
