SEO system reports dozens of duplicate titles. A strong warning is issued. They are all the title of each newsletter. I cannot find a way to add a variable to the title so each one is unique, such as the sent date.

(We use “post notifications” which sends recent posts weekly.)

I’ve tested the title hook samples but they apparently only address the lists, not the individual post titles.

I am not a programmer. Is there a filter hook to fix this? Or perhaps a plugin fix?

    Hi there @smiranda,

You can use shortcodes in the newsletter/post notification title to customize it. There are ones for dates as well, as you mentioned. More information here:
    https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/215-personalize-newsletter-with-shortcodes

So you could do something like this:

    shortcodes
    Link to image: https://d.pr/i/HLULyx

And the title/subject would be something like:
“The last 3 posts from our blog – December 13th, 2022”

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

I guess my reply via email never reached you. So here it is.

The date is not of use, since it is today’s date, not the date of the newsletter sending. That is the problem.
