Duplicate Tracking Code on One Page

I activated the plugin and it adds the tracking code twice on only one page – https://jessicaquadra.com/testimonials/ – It shows up only once on the other pages. I can’t figure out how or why it’s duplicating the code on this one page. I deactivated the plugin to see if it would then show up once but both disappeared.
I appreciate the help with this.
