Duplicate Tracking Numbers

    When my order gets imported from CJDropshipping the tracking number gets duplicated… this is causing for the storefront to show like theres two separate packages when there’s really only one

    How do you import the tracking number, using the CSV Import functionality?

    It gets imported directly (automatically) from CJDropshipping

    Hi @vienatura,

    We don’t currently have a direct integration with CJDropshipping in our AST Free plugin. It’s possible that CJDropshipping is using our Shipment Tracking API to add tracking information to WooCommerce orders automatically. To resolve the issue of duplicated tracking numbers, I recommend reaching out to CJDropshipping support to inquire about their integration process and how they handle tracking updates.
