    Hello, Our client receive duplicate payments from woocommerce and they already refunded it. Check this screenshot here : https://prntscr.com/vtfdwe

    Can you please check why this issue happening on the site? We don’t need duplicate payments and makes our customer afraid to buy.

    Hi there!

    From looking at your site it appears your Stripe implementation is by SUMO Payment Plans. If that’s the case, please reach out to the developer of that plugin, or their support, to help you iron out those kinks.

    Sending them your System Status Report and any related error logs (with fatal-errors- or -stripe- in the title) would give them more info. You can find either under WP Admin ? WooCommerce ??Status, and the System Status and Logs tabs respectively.

    If instead you’re using WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway, then please post the info to that forum instead.

    In light of the above, I’ll close this thread. If you require more help, please feel free to start another.
