Duplicated Field does not show

Hello
I use Conditional Fields in my form and everything works fine except one thing.
In a position I use it to display an amount that has to be paid by a user depending on his previous choices. The problem is that when I copy the code further down on the page in order to duplicate the exact field and show that amount one more time then it does not show.
Could you please help me ?
