Duplicated fields with last update

Hi!

Two days ago I updated my plugins and WordPress (5.1), and since then I get the fields from the plugin duplicated, and when I try to add the product to the cart is not adding it.
I try adding the code from another thread:
add_filter(‘ppom_remove_duplicate_fields’, function($apply){ return false; }, 999);
But this doesn’t resolve the issue.
Do you know how can I resolve the problem?

Note: I am not sure the problem is the update, I try to downgrade the version of both but still not working.
