Duplicated Forms Disappear

    Hi,
    I duplicated a form, changed the name, saved it. Changed a few other settings, saved it. I see it in the list as number 9. I added it to my footer, then went back into the opt-in forms and it is gone. Tried duplicating the original three different times. Even tried duplicating a different form. Tried with Edge and also with Chrome, Sometimes I can save it and sometimes it gives an error on one of the saves. I have 8 forms so this would be form 9. I’m running the free version. Any Thoughts on why or what I can do?

    Hi @max3322,

    I don’t know what’s going on! I’ve never seen that happen before. That’s bizarre.

    We have no restriction on how many forms you can make so that isn’t the problem. Have you tried creating a new form manually? Does that work?

    Also, what error are you [occasionally] seeing when trying to save a form?

    Thanks, I replied via email, but looks like that didn’t post here. The next day I tried it, and it worked normally as expected. Must have been a one-time (one-day) glitch.
